Our Story
Florinda's Cocina was born out of an effort to combine the flavors of Tex Mex food with the ease and accessibility of a food truck.
  
Owner, Krista Wilson, named the food truck after her great-grandmother, Florinda Garcia. Her picture is on the back of the truck. Krista has great memories of sitting in Florinda's San Antonio kitchen and making tamales as a little girl.  Krista also owns a catering company called Delish. She lives in Franklin, TN with her husband and son.
